What is the frame made of?
Our frames are made from premium MDF with a PVC border finish, designed to complement the brass artwork while remaining lightweight and durable.
Is this a pure brass ?
Yes. Every artwork is handcrafted using pure brass and finished with a protective lacquer coating to help preserve its shine and reduce tarnishing over time.
How do I clean the brass?
Simply dust it with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or metal polish, as these may damage the protective coating.
Is the frame ready to hang?
Yes. Every framed artwork comes with a hanging hook attached to the back, making it ready to display.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since every piece is made to order, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across India. International shipping will be available soon.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We work with interior designers, event planners, corporate gifting companies, hotels, retailers, and businesses looking for bulk quantities. Contact us for custom pricing.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
No. We currently offer replacement only. Returns and refunds are not available.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid before dispatch.
